Payments

- You are advised to check and make payments according to the nominal bill listed on the payment page. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies in payment amounts due to errors on the part of you.
- The payment method uses a third party from PayPal, which is guaranteed safe and available in around 200 countries. Payments on PayPal can be made using your debit card or credit card (please see Payment and Delivery page for more details).
- Payments may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders shipped across borders of the 27 EU member states, the UK, and Norway.
Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order reference number on the confirmation page and your email (please see your junk/spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox). This confirmation page indicates that we has received the order and will process it in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
- Please save your order reference number, as it will be useful for checking the status of your order at order tracking page.
- We reserves the right to cancel any order if the product(s) are out of stock or if any other issue arises that would prevent the fulfillment of the order. In such cases, the you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.
- If you realize there is a mistake in the order after you have placed the order and on the website, you have up to one (1) hour after placing the order to cancel it by tell us in the Contact Us page. After this period, the order will automatically proceed to processing stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible. We will not be responsible for any mistake you made in the order that occur after the order has entered the processing stage.
Shipping and Delivery

- We offer worldwide shipping, except to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and other conflict zones (see the Payment and Delivery page for more information).
- Shipping is also unavailable to countries restricted by PayPal, our payment provider (see the Payment and Delivery page for more details).
- Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by typos, incomplete addresses, or unreachable contact numbers.
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to our on-demand production approach, which means that products are manufactured only when an order is placed (please see Returns and Exchanges page for more detail).
- You understands and accepts that returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated once the order is processed.

- You are prohibited to spamming or sending irrelevant messages, including using rude, insulting, or degrading language, is strictly prohibited.
