Payment Method
We use PayPal, a trusted third-party payment provider available in approximately 200 countries. Payments can be securely made using your debit or credit card through PayPal that supports a large number of cards, such as Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, CB, and Maestro. Payments may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders shipped across the borders of the 27 EU member states, the UK, and Norway. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on your address and the package's shipping origin. For more detailed delivery estimates, please refer to the product details tab on each product page.
Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping with a few exceptions, like we do not ship to North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, or other conflict zones, and countries that restricted by our payment provider, PayPal (please refer to the news for specific reasons why PayPal has blocked your country as the reasons may vary each country). Shipping Couriers
Shipping is handled via different couriers depending on our production house. You can see the specific courier details on the stores page. Some of the couriers that our partner use are USPS (United States Postal Service), Asendia, UPS, DHL, etc.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the items ordered, the number of items, the type of courier selected and the shipping destination. Full details of shipping costs for each products can be seen on the following Shipping Costs page.
Important Notes
- Successful payment is indicated by an order reference number which you will get on the order confirmation page and in your email (please see your junk/spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox).
- Please save your order reference number so you can track the status of your order.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by typos, incomplete addresses, or unreachable contact numbers.
- If your package is lost, please first ensure that the address provided is 100% accurate, as even a single missing letter or number can result in delivery failure.
- If the address is correct, contact your local post office. In some cases, packages may be held at the local post office for pickup after arriving in the destination city.
- If you've verified the address and contacted your local post office but still have issues, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page, and we will investigate further.
